The Wildcats won the toss and after the defense produced a quick three downs and a punt, the offense got warmed up with a 32 yard Davis dash to set up a Jim Eloff two yard run for the first score. Joey Kamal and the extra point team continued their consistency to deliver the extra point. After another defensive three and out, a Justin Brooks 26 yard punt return put Derek Ince and Eloff in gear for a combined 43 yards of rushing before Adam Haynes rushed the final yard for the score. Kamal added the extra point. Enter the defense for another three and out, helped by an Evan Thomas quarterback sack. On the next play Ince found wide out Zack Vidra for a 55 yard touchdown pass.
